Mystery Boxes Due to the nature of mystery boxes, all contents are final upon purchase. Part of the excitement is the surprise, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the items received.
Novelty Items All novelty items are sold as-is with no returns or refunds.
Damaged Items In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually at our discretion.
