Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we'll make it right!

Are products safe for those with allergies?

All products are prepared in a dog-friendly home environment, which may not be suitable for those with severe pet allergies. Additionally, we are not responsible for allergic reactions related to ingredients in any skincare, lip balm, or beauty items included in your box. We recommend reviewing all product ingredient lists before use. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please use caution.
